Beadnell
While Beadnell was one of the places that first drew us to Northumberland, we’ve not yet done it justice in terms of exploring all it has to offer. It does, however, boast the only west-facing harbour on the east coast, a beautiful sandy beach and at the southern end, by the Long Nanny, a nature reserve with plenty to keep the birdwatching community happy. There is also something about the beach that means that the details often catch my eye.
