Cocklawburn

Scremerston sits on the outskirts of Berwick and from there you can access Cocklawburn beach. I have seen some lovely images from this beach, using the rocks on the skerrs as foreground. Sadly it’s a location I have struggled with thus far. However, it’s handy enough and I’m sure there will be other opportunities.

There is plenty of parking along the beach, but it is worth keeping an eye out for the cows that occasionally roam along the path and beach! Despite that it’s a popular spot with dog walkers and it’s not unusual to find one or two hardy wild swimmers on the beach.
